If your purchase includes two or more items, each may be shipped individually with a unique tracking code.

Petjoy Shop USA is not responsible for incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. In such cases, the courier service may not reattempt delivery, and the customer will need to recover the parcel directly. If the package is returned to us, a new shipping fee will be charged for resending the product.
